Irs to go says my refund was sent checked with my bank and its not in my account

It can take up to 7 business days once the IRS sends to your bank for your actual refund to be posted.  You should have received a date in your status as well that they would want you to wait until before you contact them.  See the IRS refund timing FAQ here :https://www.irs.gov/individuals/refund-timing
