IRS stated they have not received my taxes ....

Again filed early weeks ago ..... TurboTax says my Federal was accepted weeks ago .   IRS website and IRS agent I spoke to say they have not received my return yet ..... so which one is it?.   Only thing possible is that the refund amount TurboTax shows me is different from the amount sent to the IRS due to using my refund to pay.  Any guidance would be lovely.

Your refund is the amount listed on your tax return that the government is sending. If you had them send it to Santa Barbra to take out fees, that is not related to your refund.

You need to use the primary filer's SSN, filing status and the refund on your return.

...thats 100% the information I put in , as well as gave to the IRS over the phone and there is no knowledge of my return in the system.

I 100% put my info in correctly , state works perfectly and ive already received it.   This is what the IRS website states ....”We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgement e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS”. TurboTax clearly states by return was accepted a month ago.  What the hell is going on? It’s extremely frustrating because the only people who respond just copy and paste links without actually addressing your concerns.

This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update and show the status. The 21 days is just an estimated time frame. The IRS began processing returns on 2/12, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated. Since Turbo Tax will not have the status of your refund, continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.

Thank you ,   I feel a little better now.  I have a set amount taken from my check and made 47k less last year.   My refund is for 14k ,  and with me making less I qualify for the 1600 stimulus x 4 so trying to pay for a vacation in cash .   Ty for the update I’ll see what happens in a week or two !

It’s been over a month since I received the email from TurboTax that my return was accepted.  The irs tool still says wait 24 hours from being accepted and try again.  I am beyond annoyed .   At this rate I don’t think I’m using TurboTax again and will find other options.

In addition to the previous response of 21 days being just a estimation as well as reasons that the IRS shows no record of your return; please also keep in mind that the IRS is experiencing major delays due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic. Having said that, there are also standard reasons for some refunds taking longer than others. Turbo Tax has no control over when the IRS approves your refund and subsequently issues it. You will need to continue checking WMR periodically for updates. I am including a few FAQ;s below:
