IRS sent my refund to TurboTax on May 18 but was sent to SBTPG to have fees taken out . Well SBTPG says that a cashier's check was issued on 05/17/22 ?

TurboTax does not handle your refund at all and no one at TT or this forum can help you with the processing bank ... please contact them.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

It might still be in the mail on its way to you, especially if they did not send it First Class.  But others have stated that it comes in a plain envelope, and may look like junk mail.

Do you know how long it takes in the mail ? Also is date posted the date it was mailed out ? I tried to call TPG customer service 2 times this past week but I was on hold 2 hours each time just for the call to automatically get dropped.
