Does the IRS WMR tool say the IRS sent your refund? If so, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures.
Did you pay any TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund? If so, it goes to an intermediary bank first, where the fees are subtracted. We can tell you more and how to check on it if you used that option.

Is that "yes" to my question asking if you paid your fees out of your Federal refund? If so, here's some info:
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, then once the IRS sends the refund, it goes to a temporary account in your name at an intermediary bank, where the fees are subtracted. Then the intermediary bank sends the rest to your bank account (or card). The company that handles that is called SBTPG (Tax Products Group).
If you are sure the IRS has released and sent your funds (check with the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool), you can log in at SBTPG to see the status of your funds.
To log in, choose the "For Taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/
Then on the next screen choose "Check with TPG."
SBTPG also has a phone contact page at the following link for 24-hour automated information on your refund, or if you have a problem and need to speak to someone at SBTPG during business hours.
