Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Thank you for taking time to respond. I paid with a debit card, not my refund. Still have not gotten it. Still 2 different statuses on Turbo Tax and the IRS tracker.
@ncbowdoin What you see on the TurboTax website for the status of a federal tax refund is an estimate only. Based on IRS averages of 21 days for issuing a federal tax refund from the time the federal tax return was received.
Only the IRS controls when and if a tax refund is Approved and Issued. That is why the IRS website for the status of a federal return is only authority - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
