If you had your fees deducted from your refund, your return will be sent from the IRS to Santa Barbara, then to your bank.
You can check the status of the refund by visiting the Santa Barbara website here.
I see.
From that site, it says under “Amount paid to you”, my refund amount less fees was posted 2/15, to a Checking account with unfamiliar numbers. Is that the date I was supposed to receive it?
Once the Where’s My Refund? site shows your refund has been sent, it generally takes Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG), who administers the "refund processing service" for Intuit, approximately 1 to 2 business days to process and forward your refund to your financial institution, after it receives them from the IRS.
Once SBTPG sends the refund to your bank it can take up to 5 business days to post to your account. You can check your status here: TPG Refund Transfer details

You may also submit a request to them here.
