They didn't get your tax return or a tax due payment?
Maybe you didn't finish filing it or it Rejected. When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
Then when you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepte.d or Rejected your efile. Check back though your emails if you have them.
Well was the return rejected ? If it was rejected then the payment never happened ... or do you have proof of the payment ... that you actually did pay it ?
If the IRS wants a copy of the return then send them one along with the filing history.
when i sign in i can not find any of my records of past fillings.
I been using TurboTax for the last ten years
Did you use the Desktop program or the online version?
It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
used the desktop cd install
If you used the desktop then OPEN the program and look at the filing status of the return ... then print another copy to mail to them. We have been giving you instructions for the Online program since most people who use the downloaded version don't ask the question you did.
