IRS refund tracker AND TurboTax say my refund is in accepted status with a refund date of 3/7/21. I got a deposit today from SBTPG LLC Tax products for $396.44. Why?

We don't know, since the IRS does not notify TT.

Sounds like you paid your TurboTax fees with your refund, and the IRS processed and sent your refund sooner that expected.
