IRS refund page says 'We cannot provide any information about your refund'. Before IRS showed it as 'processing'. Turbotax says it was accepted Feb 12th. Why the change?

It means the IRS needs additional time to work on your return. It doesn't mean something is wrong there, it could be any reasons.
