The IRS confirmed they accepted my refund in April and issued my refund in early May, but I have yet to receive anything. I confirmed that my 1040 has the correct deposit information. I chose to have TurboTax deduct my fee from my refund, so the IRS representative told me to contact TurboTax instead to get it resolved.
They even mentioned how impossible it is to get a hold of a real human representative at TurboTax and they were absolutely 100% correct.
Does anyone know how I can get a hold of a real breathing human being to get this resolved?

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Did the IRS release the refund yet ? Check here first : https://www.irs.gov/refunds
Once the IRS does release the refund then you can check the processing bank as mentioned in the last post.
