IRS.gov website shows Refund sent on February 5th, but did not get the refund in the bank account

Hi you need to give your bank 5 days from the scheduled date of deposit to give your bank time to actually receive the refund and actually get it credited to your account.  If you have not received it after the 5 days check with your bank again if they say they still haven't received it ask them to possibly check to make sure that it wasn't accidentally credited to someone elses account.  (They are human and make mistakes also even if they don't like to admit it)  If after that they still dont have it then you can call IRS

You can't reach anyone at IRS. The numbers listed are all for automated machines. It is so frustrating.
