IRS did not receive my form 4868

Been using TurboTax for more than 4 years. In April 2019, used Free Edition to electronically  file 4868 for extension of 2018 taxes. Can you please retrieve this? IRS claims they did not receive it.

In October 2019 I purchased full turbotax and filed for 2018.

If you e-filed a Form 4868 using the TurboTax Easy Extension then the form will be in the PDF download. 

The Easy Extension had to filed on or before April 15, 2019.  If it was not, then there was no extension.

You would have received two emails from TurboTax after the extension request was e-filed.  The first email when the request was transmitted.  And the second email when the extension request was either accepted or rejected by the IRS.  Check your email junk and spam folders on your email account.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
