IRS deposited my 2020 return 2/1/23 but its not there and turbo card hasn't seen it either. I cant find a way to ask turbotax anything so here I am. Any suggestions?

IRS told me to wait 5 days and contact them again to track the deposit. I know what account it was to go to. Any suggestions on how to ask turbo tax or can they even help me.

TurboTax cannot help. Wait five days just like the IRS told you. It can take several days for a deposit to post to your bank account even if the IRS issued the refund.

TurboTax gets no information from the IRS about tax refunds. Wait up to 5 days as the IRS recommended. It can take that long for the bank to process the deposit.
