How long has it been in approved status?  We are unable to give a timeline on when you will receive your refund since this is completed by the IRS and not TurboTax.  It normally takes up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account, possibly sooner due to utilizing that specific account.  If it has been longer, we urge you to reach out to Credit Karma Customer Service (since that is the financial institution the refund will be transferred to) for more information.  Their contact information is located on their Help page.

My issue is not resolved. I don't understand why turbo tax recommends using Credit Karma. Turbo tax recommends using credit karma, and you will get your money in 5 days. IRS approved my refund and said the issue date is on 03/16/2022. Why don't I have my money ?

2-3 days, it's been in approve status.

You have stated that your IRS refund issue date is 3/16 which would be tomorrow - unless that was not what you intended to type?
