Irs accepted my state on 27 but has not gotten it they say my federal went towards my past due child support

will I get my state taxes or will they take it too

The iRS did not accept your state tax return--your state accepted your state return.  It is possible that your state also has an offset order for your state refund if you owe child support.  But only your state taxing authority would know, or the agency in your locality that enforces child support orders.  If your state refund is also seized you will receive a letter of explanation from them.
