In Sched E can you see if a depreciation deduction of $5423 is given. wasn't asked for this info previously but it may have pulled from last year's return.

Yes, this will happen. I have a rental and each year as I start doing my taxes, the rental will show a loss before I do anything, which is the depreciation deduction.

The fact that information is carried over year to year, is one of the great benefits of the TurboTax program.
