You said you moved in 2018.   In 2018, people were preparing 2017 returns.   So are you asking about a 2017 tax refund you didn't receive?  Federal, state, or both?

Did you use Online TurboTax to prepare the 2017 return?    Was it efiled, and do you know if it was accepted by the IRS, approved, and sent out?

And when you filed it, did you choose to have a tax refund check mailed to your PO Box?

If prepared online, log into your account, and at the Tax Home go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents".   Expand that section and choose tax year 2017.   What is shown for "status"--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
