Im waiting 3rd stimulus but last stimulus it went to a closed account and I got a check but this year i filed with new direct Deposit will get it in my new bank or not

If you have already filed your 2020 tax return, and provided the IRS a good bank account, then any stimulus sent to you "should" be direct deposited into that account.  However, some taxpayers get stimulus checks in the mail, even though they have provided the IRS their banking information.

Yes, the IRS has begun distributing stimulus payments and we expect people could receive their stimulus payments as early as March 17th.

To be eligible for the third stimulus, you need to meet the following requirements: 

• Families earning less than $150,000 a year and individuals earning less than $75,000 a year should get the full $1,400 per person.
• Families earning up to $160,000 per year and individuals earning up to $80,000 per year will receive prorated amounts.
• One notable difference from the first two stimulus is that you will receive stimulus payments for all your dependents, including adult dependents and college students.
