    Im trying to get a copy of my 2013, 2014 return, I paid for the 2016 Deluxe to access my info but they don't come out on my Timeline

    Is it possible that you have more than one TurboTax account?  Many users do and don't realize it.  It could be that you paid to unlock the returns in the wrong account.  See the info below.
