I don't know what the right address to send it to. Fooled to the nearest IRS address in Camarillo ca.

If you have mailed your tax return the IRS says that you can start tracking it 4 weeks after mailing your paper return via the Where's my Refund site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

I forgot to add dependent to my tax return for this year. In which would be the 5th child. Should I amend my tax return? Or would it not make a difference to do so?
