If i have a tax offset will it affect my dd,does it usually delay my proccess, and do i need to file any paperwork to let them know to take it out my refund?

If you have an offset, it may delay your refund. You do not need to file additional paperwork; the IRS knows if you owe taxes from a previous year, or if they have a record of delinquent child support, student loans, etc. They will offset your refund without you having to remind them.

I filed march 7 and was accepted but it says still processing another lady filed the 8th and received her federal on the 22. My state was already taken due to tickets so im just curious about receiving my fedral?
