No, that needs to be done on Where’s My Refund? it has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually need to check once a day. The site is currently experiencing high volume so you may have to check it later.

TurboTax does not receive updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return but we can provide information about estimated refund processing times. According to the IRS website What to expect for Refunds This Year more than 9 out of 10 refunds are issued in less than 21 days after the IRS accepts the tax return when you e-file and choose direct deposit as your refund choice.

I have not received an email telling me the IRS has accepted my tax forms cause I filed through the turbo tax app and I have gone on IRS web site 100 times and clicked wheres my refund and it told me nothing

First, check to see if your return was filed by checking your e-file status. If no status is showing then the return was not completed and submitted. 

If you don't see a status, go through the TurboTax File section again. Be sure to go all the way to the end and select Transmit my returns now.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

So the transcript may not be available for use right now on the IRS sites  Many customers have reported the same when they were previously showing a status.The website is currently experiencing high volume and may give you the message that they do not have information for your refund.
