I received a letter to correct my form 8962. Do I need to put the same amounts my wife entered for our insurance totals or just for myself? Filed married-separate.

If you are married filing separate, you can fill out Form 8962, Page 1 and then allocate 50% of the amounts to another taxpayer on Page 2 (Your wife).
