Is there an additional charge if I want the turbo tax fee taken out of my refund?

There is a Refund Processing Fee and Agreement you will sign if you choose that option. You can see what you are being charged for. Click on Tax Tools from the Menu on the left side in your return. Click Tools then My Fees. This will give you a breakdown of the $116 charge.
