If Turbotax won't let me file my taxes and I have already paid to file, can I get a refund on the $80.00

Can you please specify why "Turbotax won't let you file"? Is your return getting rejected? Is there an error code?

I have paid for mine as well and it want let me file

Why won't it let you?  Does it say a form is not ready?  The IRS won't start taking returns until Feb 12 so there's no hurry to file.

Using the TT online (web) program, there is no charge to efile.  The fee is for the use of the software to prepare your return(s), and is the same regardless of how you file.
