First off I didn’t even know I added these to my package deal, after I file it showed me the amount they would take out, but I feel like I should get a refund because they missed the $1100 credit that I have to wait x amount of months for

What credit or deduction do you think the software left out? When you prepared your tax return, did YOU go through all of the sections of Deductions and Credits? When you go to that section, your choices are "Walk me through everything" or "I'll choose what I work on."
