Your
Turbo Prepaid Visa ® Card will be shipped your mailing address on the
return 7-10 business days after filing and the refund is deposited on
the card within 21 days typically.
If
it has been more than 10 days since you have registered the card, and
you haven't received a personalized card, they ask that you report it on
the Card Not Received
page. You'll need to log in/create a login to access it. You can also
contact customer care at (888) 285-4169 if you have any questions. They
do ask for certain account information for verification so be prepared
to answer questions when you call.
Your Turbo Prepaid Card account number can be located in one of three places:
On the Filing Instructions (Page 1 of 1) of your TurboTax tax return OR;
In the Refund section at the bottom of page 1 on your IRS 1040EZ OR;
In the Refund section at the bottom of page 2 on your IRS 1040 or 1040A forms
