If the IRS takes my refund for back child support will they notify me before my direct deposit date?

My refund is set for deposit tomorrow and I have not received any notification of them taking my refund so does that mean I get my refund

Not necessarily. You should be notified by mail if the offset is to occur, but sometimes the notification doesn't come before the offset occurs.
