Should I amend if the penalty was waived?

My wife got her 1095-b in the mail a day after I finalized our taxes. According to the form, the last month she had insurance was in July 2018. However, I filled out that she had insurance for the month of August. I would normally amend that, but this year, the penalty was waived. So, if I don't suffer a penalty fee, should I skip amending the error?

If the amount of your return or amount owed does not change, then I would not file an amendment.

If the IRS asks about the difference, you can explain it easily then. They receive the same Form 1095-B as well.
