If SBTP has my refund, how long does it take to get to my bank?

The IRS asks that you wait 5 days after they sent your refund to the bank before calling the bank to account for the processing time. However,  You may contact SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com if you need more information.
