If My state site says my refund was issued... and they also took out debts that i owe. and i have direct deposit and its not in my account, what should i do?

I would contact your state Department of Revenue by clicking on your state in the FAQ below to determine how much the debt reduced your refund and if they are still issuing you a refund.

It is possible they may be sending you a paper check now.
