If my return is wrong and i don't know if my return was e filed as power outage interfered, do i need to emend?

i left out more income and fed withheld taxes. i need to correct the return i worked on 03/08/2019

It depends.  Please check here Confirm Status.  Simply enter the required information and select "Get Status" 

If you find your status, you have successfully filed.  If you need to edit, you will have to wait until your return is either rejected or approved.  

If it's rejected, you can return to the program to edit the information while fixing the error. If your return is approved, you would need to amend by clicking this link 2018 Amend.  Please wait to amend until your return is fully processed and you have received your refund or your payment has cleared.
