If my parents put my 1098-T on their tax return do I put it on mine? When they put it on theirs it said I had to claim $3860 in income on my return. Where do I put that

Sounds like you have taxable scholarship income (your scholarship was more than the qualified expenses). Your parents will put it on their return if they claim you as a dependent in order to get the educational credit but you put it on your return in order to get the taxable scholarship to show up on your return.
