Fees are taken from the Federal return only.

You can see a summary of your fees and when they were paid here:

Tax Tools and Tools are down the left side of the screen in a black border.  Follow these directions. 

Down the left side of TurboTax, click on Tax Tools.
Click on Tools.
Click on My Fees in the center of the screen.
