If K3 has no paid or accrued foreign taxes in Part 3 Section 4 Line 1, then do I need to amend my tax return?

Hi ind!!

I would think not.  The K-3 is used to report foreign source income, taxes, etc.  If there is none there, and you fully reported the items on the K-1, and you have no other foreign taxes that could be creditable, then I do not see why you would amend your return, as it would change nothing.
