If irs says my path effected refund will be sent to my bank feb 22 when can i expect for it to be on my pre paid debit card

Your funds should be available tomorrow if that is your direct deposit date. The IRS words it this way:

Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by February 22, 2018.

If your refund is not credited to your account by February 27, 2018, check with your bank to see if it has been received.
