If I still haven't received my return from last year but it is marked as 'accepted' in my TurboTax account, what should I do?

I've been on the phone with the IRS multiple times and they initiated a trace on the refund but I still have not been able to sort anything out. What recourse do I have?

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

What is the status of the federal tax refund on the IRS website?  Accepted, Processing, Approved or Issued?

If the federal tax refund status is Issued, how did you select to receive the tax refund?  Did you request to have the tax refund direct deposited into a bank account or did you ask to receive the refund as a check?

Or did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?

once the IRS trace shows that your refund was not deposited, the IRS will send you another check.
