If I purchased 2018 tax software in March, and have not received it yet will I be able to get a refund or who do I need to contact for the software/download?

What did you purchase in March--a software download or a CD?  And did you buy it directly from TurboTax?

If you purchased a software download from TurboTax, it should have been retrievable immediately after purchasing at this link below  (if you are in the correct account from which you purchased it.)

If it's not there, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts, and if necessary, how to get help from TurboTax Customer Support.    Or did you purchase a CD?

I think when you buy a prior year program they only sell it as a download.  So you could have downloaded it right away.
