It seems to add one business day if everything goes smoothly, but there have been some customers with longer delays due to problems with their bank or mailing address. I never recommend it, the extra fee is very high. If you really don't have a credit card you can use to pay the fees, you can buy a debit card from a grocery or drug store and load it with cash for about a $5 fee, and you can use the same debit card to get your refund instead of using a Netspend card if you don't have a regular bank account. Just get the proper account number and routing number for your card from the card issuer and use that as your bank account.
