i did my taxes for 2018 n was given a prepaid card i have the account number and routing number and i chked my stimuas payment went on there but i threw card away. how do i get another card . no one from. green dot will answer phones so my money just sitting there
Green Dot Corporation customer service866-795-7597. Use the option for a lost or stolen card. It is a little wait but you can order a new card. Stimulus payment were processed 4/15 based on your 2018 banking information
Search Green Dot Corporation on Google and use the customer service number. Use the option for lost or stolen cards. It takes a while but you will get a live person on the phone.
If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account go to: TurboCard Lost.
If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
