If I inputted all my info for 2016 taxes last year would that info still be saved in you system??

If you did not file 2016, you must file that return separately from 2017.

i am trying what it says to do but am not able to access any of the info. i know i saved it because it told me i had to pay $18 dollars and thought i would pay it later and never did.
