If I hit amend tax return by accident, but I don't go past the "kickstarter" initial page, do I need to do anything to cancel the amend? Or do I just leave the page?

How do I cancel or undo an amended return in TurboTax Online?

If you started amending your tax return by accident and would like to cancel the amendment:

1. Open your return if it’s not already open.
2. In the left menu select Cancel amend.
3. Select Yes, I want to cancel my amended return.

I do not want to amend my federal return.  I hit amend,   I entered some numbers then decided not to submit until I get more documentation.     I want to cancel amend and leave return as orginally submitted and accepted IRS.   How do i do this
