If i filed my taxes in the middle of the night. Is it that time that I wait the 24 to 48 hours? Or is it the next morning that It starts processing?

It will be longer than that. The IRS will not begin to accept/reject returns until January 29. Sometime on or after 1-29 you will get an email telling you whether your e-file was accepted or rejected. Do not try to make any changes while you are waiting.
