If I filed my tax return thru Turbo Tax (e-file). Does the IRS have my banking information?

They would if you entered the banking info for either direct deposit of a refund OR direct debit of a tax liability.

If you'd like to review your banking information that's on our return, you can do that by seeing the "Electronic Filing Instructions", which is the first page of the PDF of your return.  You'll find there the banking information that was submitted to the IRS if you entered it.
