If I filed my 2019 federal and state return very late in hard copy, and received my state refund but the federal has not yet been processed, how should I file for 2020?

When asked for the 2019 AGI so that you can e-file the 2020 tax return enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI since the IRS has not processed the 2019 tax return.
