If I file my taxes now through turbo tax, but decide to run it through somebody else and find out that person was able to save me more money will turbo tax match it?

No.

IF you file thru turbotax, and it is accepted by the IRS, you cannot file again anywhere. You can only AMEND, which is a special process that can't be started for a couple weeks yet.

No, we do not match. If you filed your return through Turbo Tax and they were approved by the IRS, you can't file anywhere else. The IRS will only accept one return per person.
