If I entered my check number as well as the account number to have my refund direct deposited but I have used the check the number was from, is that going to effect my refund?

You don't enter a check number for direct deposit instructions. You must enter your account number and the routing number for the bank. If you entered a check number and not the account number, the bank will not accept the direct deposit and the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to you at the address shown on your tax return.
