If I e filed on 4/9 and my return was accepted 4/9 and I paid through my bank account when will the funds be drafted from my bank?

They will be drafted based on the date you selected right before e-file. If you didn't choose a date, then it could happen within a few days or a little longer after acceptance.

The IRS will debit your bank account on the date you selected or April 15, 2026 if no date was selected.  However, since it is only a few days before the deadline to pay the taxes owed that are due it may take up to 10 days before the IRS debits your account.
