If I e file my taxes today april 18 2017,why it gave the date of april 19 2017? . are they late already?

No, local time zone is what controls the timeliness of your return.  So, as long as your filed on time in your time zone, then your return is on time.  The TurboTax acceptance report you are seeing shows EST because that is the time zone of the IRS office.  But, the internal transmission report will be timestamped with your local time
