If i didn’t file with you guys could you still review why i haven’t gotten my return?

Sorry---TurboTax does not and cannot even check on returns that were prepared using TurboTax after they have been filed.  Once the return is filed, the software is done.  You have to check on it yourself at the IRS refund site or the state refund site.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Did you efile your return or mail it?  If you efiled make sure it was Accepted.  Double check with your tax program or preparer.  

If you mailed it......

Sorry the IRS has limited staff due to Covid-19.  They just started opening the mail in June that's been stacking up. Back in March the IRS closed their processing centers and stopped processing mailed tax returns.  An IRS spokesperson recently said that they have about 11 million pieces of unopened mail.  So you have to keep waiting.
